The AID iSpot Reader is the most successful and widely used EliSpot/FluoroSpot Reader.
The AID iSpot enables the analysis of both enzymatic assays and fluorescence-based assays (FluoroSpot).
In addition to the existing functions of the AID Classic, the AID iSpot offers the possibility to analyze 1-, 2-, or even 3-colour FluoroSpot assays. A single click switches from enzymatic mode to fluorescence mode. There is no need to make any hardware changes.
Like the AID Classic, the AID iSpot can analyze 96- and 384-well plates from all manufacturers, including ELISA and low-volume plates. Within seconds, high-resolution images are captured, the well is automatically centered and counted/analyzed, and the data are exported in various formats.
Our AID software enables the selective detection of T cells secreting two or more cytokines.
The AID software is easy to use, flexible in application, and compliant with CFR 21 Part 11.
