The AID iSpot Reader is the most successful and widely used EliSpot/FluoroSpot Reader.

The AID iSpot enables the analysis of both enzymatic assays and fluorescence-based assays (FluoroSpot). In addition to EliSpot the AID iSpot offers the possibility to analyze 1-, 2-, or even 3-colour FluoroSpot assays. A single click switches from enzymatic mode to fluorescence mode. The AID iSpot can analyze 96- and 384-well plates from all manufacturers, including ELISA and low-volume plates. Within seconds, high-resolution images are captured, the well is automatically centered and counted/analyzed, and the data are exported in various formats.
