AID iSpot Spectrum FluoroSpot Reader for 96- and 384-well plates – analysis of up to 5-colour overlays with a maximum of 7 filters
The AID iSpot Spectrum offers maximum flexibility and can be equipped with up to 7 filters. This allows many different assays and combinations to be read, including FluoroSpot and EliSpot assays. A single click switches from enzymatic mode to fluorescence mode. There is no need to make any hardware changes.
Like the AID iSpot, the AID iSpot Spectrum can analyze 96- and 384-well plates from all manufacturers, including ELISA and low-volume plates. Within seconds, high-resolution images are captured, the well is automatically centered and counted/analyzed, and the data are exported in various formats.
Our AID software enables the selective detection of T cells secreting two or more cytokines.
The AID software is easy to use, flexible in application, and compliant with CFR 21 Part 11.
