The AID iSpot Spectrum offers maximum flexibility and can be equipped with up to 7 filters. This allows many different assays and combinations to be read, including FluoroSpot and EliSpot assays. A single click switches from enzymatic mode to fluorescence mode.

The AID iSpot Spectrum can analyze 96- and 384-well plates from all manufacturers, including ELISA and low-volume plates. Within seconds, high-resolution images are captured, the well is automatically centered and counted/analyzed, and the data are exported in various formats.
