AID PCR Array Kits

Our array kits are based on reverse hybridisation and combine high-throughput capabilities with the precision and reliability of PCR

The reverse hybridisation technique enables:

  • The detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the genome
  • The distinction between heterozygous and homozygous carriers
  • The characterisation of alleles in polymorphic gene regions, such as the HLA gene complex
  • The detection of viral or bacterial DNA

Characteristics:

  • A reliable, reproducible and easy-to-perform method
  • Time-saving: the reverse hybridisation process takes approximately 2.5 hoursn
  • No hazardous ethidium bromide gel electrophoresis is required!
