AID PCR Array Kits
Our array kits are based on reverse hybridisation and combine high-throughput capabilities with the precision and reliability of PCR
The reverse hybridisation technique enables:
- The detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the genome
- The distinction between heterozygous and homozygous carriers
- The characterisation of alleles in polymorphic gene regions, such as the HLA gene complex
- The detection of viral or bacterial DNA
Characteristics:
- A reliable, reproducible and easy-to-perform method
- Time-saving: the reverse hybridisation process takes approximately 2.5 hoursn
- No hazardous ethidium bromide gel electrophoresis is required!
- Included positive and negative controls verify the correct experimental procedure
- 96-well format suitable for high-throughput analysis
- Automated hybridisation workstation available
- Analysis and documentation via AID Reader and AIDot software
- Suitable for moderate and high sample throughput
