The AID iSpot Robot can be equipped with up to 4 filters and is designed for high-throughput analysis of either 96- or 384-well plates.
Like the AID iSpot, the AID iSpot Robot can analyze 96- or 384-well plates from all manufacturers, including ELISA and low-volume plates. Within seconds, high-resolution images are captured, the well is automatically centered and counted/analyzed, and the data are exported in various formats.
Our AID software enables the selective detection of T cells secreting two or more cytokines.
The AID software is easy to use, flexible in application, and compliant with CFR 21 Part 11.
